1. What is VIP airport assistance in Saudi Arabia?
VIP airport assistance is a personal service that makes your journey through the airport easier and more comfortable. A professional representative meets you up on arrival at the airport, helps with your luggage, and guides you through the airport. The service can include fast-track immigration, customs, terminal transfers, and assistance with airport formalities before escorting you to your vehicle or aircraft. It is especially useful for business travelers, families, seniors, Umrah and Hajj visitors, and first-time visitors to Saudi Arabia.
2. What is included in your VIP Meet and Greet service?
VIP Arrival includes a personal welcome at the aircraft or aerobridge, a VIP vehicle transfer to the VIP terminal, access to a premium VIP lounge, dedicated lanes for immigration and customs, baggage collection and handling, and a personal escort to your driver. VIP Departure and VIP Transit follow the same standard, adapted to your journey.
3. How much does airport assistance in Saudi Arabia cost?
VIP Arrival and VIP Departure start from $945 per pax. VIP Transit starts from $1,550 per pax. The final price depends on your airport, the services you choose and the number of travelers. Submit the booking form and our team will confirm your exact quote by email before you pay.

5. What is the difference between arrival, departure and transit service?
Arrival service begins when you are met at the aircraft or aerobridge by your personal airport representative. You are escorted to the VIP terminal by VIP vehicle, where you can relax in the premium lounge while immigration, baggage collection, and customs are handled by your personal assistant. You are then personally escorted to your waiting driver or receiving party.
Departure service starts at the VIP terminal, where your representative welcomes you and assists with your luggage and departure formalities. You can relax in the VIP lounge while immigration and other airport procedures are handled, followed by a private VIP vehicle transfer from the terminal to your aircraft.
Transit service is for passengers connecting to another flight. Your representative meets you at the aircraft or aerobridge, transfers you to the VIP terminal, and assists you throughout the connection. You can relax in the premium lounge while your immigration and transit formalities are handled, before being transferred by VIP vehicle to your onward aircraft.
6. What is the Altanfeethi VIP Terminal?
The Altanfeethi VIP Terminal is a private terminal experience for travelers who want a quieter, faster, and more comfortable airport journey. The service includes a private VIP vehicle transfer between the aircraft and the VIP terminal, a premium lounge, and dedicated processing lanes for immigration and other airport formalities. A personal representative assists you throughout the experience, from your arrival at the aircraft to your onward transfer or departure.
7. How do I book airport assistance?
Fill in our online booking form with your airport, service type (arrival, departure, or transit), flight details, travel class, number of passengers, and luggage information. You can also choose whether you would like our team to contact you by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Once we receive your request, one of our representatives will review the details and send you a quotation along with a secure payment link. Once you approve the quotation and complete the payment, we will confirm your booking and share the remaining service details, including the meeting point and instructions for your airport assistance.
8. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, although booking as early as possible is always preferable. Booking early gives our team time to match your greeter to your actual flight schedule, rather than scrambling at the last minute. If your travel dates are already set, there’s no real reason to wait.
9. Can families with children and infants use the service?
Yes. The booking form allows you to add adults (12 years and above), children (2 to 12 years) and infants (0 to 2 years). Families often choose assistance to avoid long queues and to get help with luggage and strollers.
10. Do you assist Umrah and Hajj travelers?
Yes. We support travelers arriving in Jeddah (JED) and Madinah (MED), including families and groups on Umrah journeys. Our service helps with the airport process, baggage and transfers. It does not replace your visa or required permits, which you must arrange separately.
11. Does VIP Fast Track guarantee faster immigration and customs clearance?
Our VIP Fast Track uses dedicated lanes and a personal escort to make immigration and customs as quick as possible. Final clearance is always carried out by the Saudi authorities, so your documents must be valid and complete.
12. What other services can I add?
