What is VIP airport assistance in Saudi Arabia?
VIP airport assistance is a personal service that makes your journey through the airport easier and more comfortable. A professional representative meets you up on arrival at the airport, helps with your luggage, and guides you through the airport. The service can include fast-track immigration, customs, terminal transfers, and assistance with airport formalities before escorting you to your vehicle or aircraft. It is especially useful for business travelers, families, seniors, Umrah and Hajj visitors, and first-time visitors to Saudi Arabia.
What is included in your VIP Meet and Greet service?
VIP Arrival includes a personal welcome at the aircraft or aerobridge, a VIP vehicle transfer to the VIP terminal, access to a premium VIP lounge, dedicated lanes for immigration and customs, baggage collection and handling, and a personal escort to your driver. VIP Departure and VIP Transit follow the same standard, adapted to your journey.
Do you assist Umrah and Hajj travelers?
Yes. We support travelers arriving in Jeddah (JED) and Madinah (MED), including families and groups on Umrah journeys. Our service helps with the airport process, baggage and transfers. It does not replace your visa or required permits, which you must arrange separately.
What is the Altanfeethi VIP Terminal?
The Altanfeethi VIP Terminal is a private terminal experience for travelers who want a quieter, faster, and more comfortable airport journey. The service includes a private VIP vehicle transfer between the aircraft and the VIP terminal, a premium lounge, and dedicated processing lanes for immigration and other airport formalities. A personal representative assists you throughout the experience, from your arrival at the aircraft to your onward transfer or departure.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, although booking as early as possible is always preferable. Booking early gives our team time to match your greeter to your actual flight schedule, rather than scrambling at the last minute. If your travel dates are already set, there’s no real reason to wait.
